CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY WEDDING DRESS?
Yes! We are proud to offer designers who specialize in customizing gowns. Whether it’s adding beading, a sleeve, or changing a neckline, our team of stylists will be happy to help you design the custom dress of your dreams!
WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
Our gowns in store range in size from a bridal size 8 to a size 38. Not to worry if your smaller than that, its amazing what a few clips can do!
We can also special order gowns ranging is size from a 00 to a 38+
Not to mention, our stylists are well-trained and armed with every kind of clip imaginable to perfectly tailor the sample gown to your size, so that you get a clear idea of what each dress will look like when sized correctly.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR DRESSES COST?
We have a breathtaking collection of high-quality, exclusive dresses from talented designers from all corners of the world. With competitive prices, our dresses range from $1,500 to $4,000.
Simply let your bridal stylist know how much you would like to invest in your dress so she can find options that reflect your style and respect your budget.
DO YOU SELL GOWNS OFF THE RACK?
Our collection is made up of mostly special-order gowns, which means the gowns you see in the store are samples and we order for the size and/or color requested. If you find yourself short on time, we also have many gowns available for direct purchase.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY GOWN UP FRONT?
At Love Birds Bridal Boutique, we understand that every bride's financial situation is unique, which is why we offer flexible payment options to make your dream dress within reach. While many brides choose to pay in full for their gown, we also provide payment plans to ensure you can confidently say "yes" to the dress of your dreams. ARE ALTERATIONS INCLUDED?
Alterations are an art form and, due to the labor-intensive process, they are always an extra charge. Rest assured, our amazing seamstresses have more than 30 years of experience making sure every dress fits each bride perfectly!
WHAT ABOUT GOWN PRESERVATION?
Yes - we offer that too! We have many different preservation packages to choose from, including gown cleaning and personalized keepsake preservation chests. Call or visit us in-store to find out more.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
As our gowns and accessories are made to order, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
WHAT IF THE WEDDING IS CANCELED, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
We know how painful such circumstances can be; however, due to our agreements with designers, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any circumstance.
WHAT IF I FIND THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS BUT I’M NOT READY TO BUY IT YET (FINANCIALLY, OR BECAUSE I WANT MY MOM TO SEE IT)? WILL YOU HOLD IT FOR ME?
We strongly encourage you to shop when you have the people you love most with you, as well as the investment needed to make the dress yours. We are not able to hold dresses for any reason.
CAN I BRING PHOTOS OF MY FAVORITE WEDDING DRESSES OR SHARE MY PINTEREST BOARD WITH YOU?
Definitely! We want to learn everything we can about the dress you desire so we can present you with selections you’ll love. We also encourage you to keep an open mind while shopping. We can’t tell you how many times our brides have fallen head over heels in love with dresses that looked nothing like what they originally envisioned.
Once we get to know you, your style, and your wedding vision, your personal bridal stylists will use their experience and stylish intuition to find “the one” that makes you feel more beautiful than ever before.
DO MOST BRIDES FIND THEIR DRESS THE FIRST TIME?
Yes! The vast majority of our brides find their dress the very first time they are here. Every bride’s journey is wonderfully unique. Be ready to fall in love with your dress by booking your appointment for a time when you can shop with your loved ones who you want to share this special memory with and are financially ready to say ‘yes’ to the dress.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ORDER MY BRIDAL GOWN?
We suggest ordering your gown 9-12 months before your wedding date. Because bridal gowns are made to order, they can take 8-9 months to arrive in-store, and alterations can take another 6 weeks (or more, depending on complexity).
If you're in a hurry, some of our designers do offer rush production and shipping (for an additional fee), and we also have a wide selection of gowns that can be purchased directly from our collection.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, please schedule an appointment before coming to try on dresses. We offer one on one private bridal appointments to ensure that a member of our staff is available to help you find your dream dress and that we have enough seating and champagne on deck to accommodate you and your guests.
We do accept walk-ins during open appointment times, but if there is an appointment happening when you arrive or soon after your arrival, you may be asked to wait until the end of that appointment.
If you are interested in stopping by to browse without an appointment, we recommend calling ahead of time.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
To schedule an appointment for bridal, bridesmaids, tuxedos, or invitations, simply follow this link and fill out the appointment request form. As soon as we receive your request, we'll be in touch!
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Bring the people in your life who know you inside out, who always have your best interest at heart, and who uplift you. One or two trusted friends and a parent or sibling is the perfect mix for your Love Birds entourage! Remember, too many people = too many conflicting opinions (and a whole lot of unnecessary stress for you).
-For parties of more than six, there is a $25 fee.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Our only requirement is a smile! We also recommend bringing the proper undergarments (strapless bra, shapewear, etc.) if you plan to wear them day-of, heels if you have a certain height in mind for your wedding day, and any accessories you know you plan to wear.
We also recommend coming with your hair and makeup done so that you can really envision how you'll look walking down the aisle in your gown!
HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?
Each bridal appointment is 90 minutes. This should give you plenty of time to find your perfect gown and accessories to match.
Whew - there’s a lot of pressure to find ‘the dress’ - it’s so exciting and also a little overwhelming, too.
